The Sevendays Frozen
Fairy Tale Winter Feast 2025 took place in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan,
from January 15th to 25th, 2025, featuring winter sports, cultural shows, and
local cuisine. Key events included ice hockey and, cultural performances in Hussainabad
(Skardu) from 19–20 January and Murtazabad (Hunza) from 22–25 January,
promoting winter tourism in the region.
Key highlights of the
2025 festival included:

Sports: Ice hockey
championships were a major draw, with Ghizer’s teams (both boys and girls)
emerging as winners in the Hunza finals. Other sports included ice skating and
speed racing on frozen lakes.

Showcase: The event featured
traditional music, sword dances, and local cuisine stalls.

Participation: Organized by the
Tourism & Culture Department of Gilgit-Baltistan, the festival highlighted
the unique heritage of the area, drawing large crowds and supporting local
entrepreneurs.
